Adopt a Cattle Dog / Mixed

**NEW FOSTER UPDATE!   *****Jack still uses wee pads, but now he also does his biz outside most of the time!  We're phasing out the wee pads slowly. Crate training is going great, and he's great on a leash, and absolutely loves other dogs.  He's playful but not too rough, and knows how to meter his energy to match the dog he's with. He's also met kids and even a newborn baby and he was such a good boy! He was calm and gentile :)  Jack is also super smart and knows so many tricks!  He's still has his puppy moments and likes to help himself to things he shouldn't (laundry), but he's truly a rockstar dog!! *****

Jack is doing great!! He's such a happy, playful puppy, and friendly with absolutely everyone he meets!  While perhaps a bit too curious at times for my senior kitty's liking, Jack is very gentle with him, and is good about leaving him alone when asked. Jack is full of puppy energy, and still needs some training, but he is extremely smart and eager to please. His leash manners improve every day, and he is learning his doggie manners like not jumping on people to say hello.

What soulful eyes and too cute speckled nose! Here's our very playful and active Jack, a 8-10 month old, 46 lbs., Cattle Dog mix who came to us from Miami where he was adopted from the Miami shelter but was sadly returned when his adopters decided they didn't have time for him and couldn't afford to keep him...ugh! Happy Tails...Jack is thriving in NYC foster care and ready to meet his forever family. Jack is up to date on all medical and neutered too.
